Fleetra Ltd. is a hospitality technology company registered in England and Wales. We operate the Fleetra platform, which powers digital arrival experiences and ground transport coordination for hotels, serviced apartments, and their guests.
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and travel details — when you interact with an Arrival Pass or request a transfer through our platform.
We also collect limited technical data including device type, browser, and anonymised usage patterns to improve our service. We do not sell or trade any personal data.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services: coordinating your transfer, sending pre-arrival information, and communicating service updates relevant to your stay.
We may send transactional communications relating to your booking. We will not contact you for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
We share only the information necessary to fulfil your transfer with our verified chauffeur partners. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@fleetra.app.
Our website uses minimal, functional cookies only. No advertising or tracking cookies are used without your consent.

These terms govern your use of the Fleetra platform, including the Arrival Pass experience and any ground transport services arranged through us. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms.
Fleetra provides a digital arrival coordination platform for hospitality operators and their guests. We facilitate communication between guests, hotels, and transport partners. We are a technology intermediary — not a direct transport provider.
Transfer bookings made through Fleetra are subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice may incur a charge. In the event of a no-show, the full fare applies.
Fleetra reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns or force majeure events.
Fleetra acts as an intermediary between guests and licensed transport operators. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
All content, design, and technology on the Fleetra platform is the intellectual property of Fleetra Ltd. and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
